Shabuya with Baby

20 Jul

We were planning on trying the german restaurant at Vivo city
but it was fully booked
and I refuse to sit at the bar top table.
so we walked around and decided on having shabu shabu! (:
and what a good choice!

looking through the menu
they had like wagyu and everything
but we figured it’s a bit of a waste to have it for steamboat
so we chose having the seafood super combo set! hehe

the types of seafood that was served was really good!
and everything was fresh (except the crab according tobaby)

and it came with a fish glue thing that was served in the bamboo looking thing. hehe
but it was really good! hehe
like soft texture and sweet tasting. (:

and the manager recommended the chicken ball dish
and it was awesome really. hehe
we were told to make the chicken ball using the spoon
and dropped it into the soup!
like home-made meat ball. hehe

we ordered salmon sashimi as well
they were huge slices and like really fresh!

our favourite dish at every jap restaurant is garlic fried rice
and this time wasn’t any different!
this one was a little different from other restaurants
there was a tinge of sweetness to the rice
and the garlic taste wasn’t overwhelming
so it was quite good! and not a bad change! hehe

Guess who’s the happy happy girl hehe

was a good meal
although we were a bit disappointed not being able to have the German food
apparently, Kor said it was good. hehe
maybe next time baby! (: hehe
