hehe YUP! (: gonna try making them now! hehe gonna make chocolate ones with chilli choc ganache (is tt how u spell it? haha)!
Please let us know if this ageing actually makes a difference! I used powdered egg whites after a tip from a professional baker, but it failed horribly!
to me, it did make a difference! But then again, I used another recipe as well as aged my egg whites so I dunno which one is the one that works! Probably both! (: I thought powdered egg whites would be more stable? Maybe just give it another shot!
